What is Zirconium Crowns?
Zirconium crown is a metal-free dental veneer made from zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) ceramic. These crowns offering high durability and excellent aesthetic properties together are safely used in both front and back teeth.
Zirconium is the most biocompatible dental material after titanium. It eliminates the gray gum line problem in metal-porcelain crowns and provides the closest appearance to natural teeth. Precise production is done with CAD/CAM technology.
Treatment Stages

Tooth is prepared appropriately for crown (1-1.5 mm).
Digital Impression
Precise 3D impression is taken with intraoral scanner.
CAD/CAM Production
Crown is milled from zirconium block and sintered.
Cementation
Crown is tried and bonded with permanent cement.
