What is All On 4 Implants?
All-on-4 is a revolutionary implant technique developed for patients who are completely edentulous or about to lose their teeth. In this method, a fixed prosthesis is mounted on just 4 implants placed in the upper or lower jaw. This technique, developed by Portuguese implantologist Dr. Paulo Maló, has been successfully applied for over 20 years.
Unlike traditional implant treatments, the All-on-4 technique largely eliminates the need for bone grafting. Thanks to the 30-45 degree angle of the implants placed in the posterior region, maximum support is obtained from the existing bone tissue. Patients can leave our clinic with their temporary fixed teeth on the same day.
Treatment Stages
Detailed Examination and 3D Planning
Your jaw structure is analyzed in 3D with computed tomography (CT). Bone density, nerve locations, and implant positions are determined with precise measurements.
Digital Smile Design
Tooth shape and color suitable for your facial features are designed digitally. You can see your new smile before treatment.
Surgical Implant Placement
Under local anesthesia, 4 implants are placed at strategic angles. 2 straight implants in the front, 2 angled implants in the back. The procedure takes 2-4 hours.
Same Day Temporary Prosthesis
On the same day after the operation, your temporary fixed prosthesis is mounted on the implants. You leave our clinic with your teeth.
Permanent Prosthesis Placement
After 3-6 months of osseointegration (bone fusion), your custom-made permanent zirconium or hybrid prosthesis is fitted.

Full arch restoration with classic 4 implant placement. Ideal for patients with adequate bone volume.
Zygoma All-on-4
Combination with zygomatic (cheekbone) implants in cases of severe bone loss in the upper jaw. Does not require bone grafting.
Hybrid Prosthesis All-on-4
Combination of acrylic and porcelain on titanium substructure. Durable and economical option.
Full Zirconium All-on-4
Full zirconium monolithic prosthesis for the most natural aesthetic appearance. Premium quality and long life.
How Is It Done?
All-on-4 treatment is performed by experienced implant specialists in a sterile operating room environment, under local anesthesia or sedation.
